Any Website Owners Use DRM Encoding?

Hi,
I am going to be posting clips on my site soon and want to stop clip thieves as best I can. Does anyone use DRM Encoding on their clips? If so, can you recommend any good companies that do this. I am having a tough time finding any. Thanks for your help.
