Has anyone ever used one of those paddleball paddles for a spanking? They always seemed too thin & splintery for proper use, but it always seemed they could be sanded down for a few good licks.

I kid you not, at Kmart, I once found some wood paddles painted to look like animals. They were similar to the Jokari paddles you see at the beach, but they were painted like tigers and elephants.

I've used those paddleball paddles before and they work quite well. The thinness od the paddle provides a nice sting rather than a thud. Even the newer plastic ones work well.

These hold a special place for sarah and I. A Cracker Barrel paddle, the "CB" as it's now popularly known in our world , was a gift that I gave her the very first time that we met. To make a long story short, sarah and I were regular posters on a certain discussion forum. Other than these public messages we didn't really know one another and certainly had no clue that the other was anywhere within a half-world away. One day we discovered that we were both in the same state and started up a light and occasional e-mail correspondence that went on for some time. After awhile because we were so close we decided to have lunch together and meet face-to-face. It was right before Christmas. So on the way over I stopped at a Cracker Barrel and got her a CB paddle and had it gift-wrapped and gave it to her. It was not meant to spark anything special, but was just a gift to express warm regard. Later, of course, after other things in our lives changed, so did our relationship. But a meal at Claudia Sander's Dinner House and a CB paddle will hold a special memory for us as long as we're together!
