I am surprised the old commercial theme wasn't revived where the kid was putting folded up TP (Charmin, was it??) down the back of his pants when he was due a spanking! That speaks for softness!

I could always wrap some Cotonelle really tight around a nice school paddle. A single layer should be enough.
