Carmen--Part II

Another good read Kate! So is this one going to continue? You leave us off not knowing if she changes, or if he needs to help her remember why she should not? Well either way good story!

It would be kind of hard to carry it further. In Bizet's opera, and Merimee's story Don Jose fallls in love with Carmen, and she betrays him by leaving him for a Picadero (they stab the bull before the fight to ready him for the matador), and because he has given up his army career for her and become a smuggler, he stabs her to death in a jealous rage. Best to leave the story where it it, I think--LOL!

Ahhh, my appologies. As I am opera illerate, and have only seen Madam's Butterfly when young so even seeing your referance in the part 1 did not know the story
