Swearing should not always be a spankable offense. For instance, when someone pulls out in front of me or drives 20 in a 50 mph than those should be exceptions to the rule
 Oh and under your breath when a paddle or strap or hairbrush is smacking ya ! Thanks for the heads up Sarah. tee hee.
