A Christmas Story without a doubt. It's the only routine thing I do on Christmas day, put on TBS on Christmas Eve and let A Christmas Story play over and over :-)

Meet Me In St Louis is another Christmas favourite.

P.S, Did you all know that for decades "The Wizard Of Oz" was shown annually at Christmas in the UK? Not sure if it still is though.
