I know for me....the ideal would be the careful bridge between moderate and strong. A mild intensity will do nothing more than have me laughing or falling asleep. So if it were up to me there would be that moderate buildup while I "settled in" and reached that level of acceptance then begin to transition into the strong and keep it there for the amount of time needed to "get it all out" then start easing back into reality so to speak with a moderate wind down.
In some ways it could be looked at as the way they do hypnotherapy..the countdown into that in between state and then the count down back to the waking world. Just my two cents.... ![]() |

I think it depends on knowing the person. most stress release spanking i give start slow and low, gaining in intensity and speed as I gauge her reactions. But every one is different.
