noisy neighbors

as my brother and sisters are much older than me my neices and nephews for the most part were my contemporys. we played the games we all played.I got my initial interest in english school novels "tom brown billy bunter etc". but especially Enid Blyton where if you picked the right book a spanking would take place.recommend the book of pixies chapter where they have to fool the wiseman and failure brought retrebution from the spanker. I saw a new copy of this the other day and the spanking scene has been expurgated and replaced with a scene where they get scolded. need old copy. when I was ten my sister lived next to a family of five children whose father spanked them all the time. one or more of the kids was spanked everyday or so it seemed.There was no ceremony he would sit on a convenient place take the offender over his knee and spank them, sometimes over the clothes sometimes with them down.I was in heaven for that fortnight
