Shadowlane Convention in Vegas - Aug 2008

Hi everyone,

I'm a total newbie to this site - a british girl who loves school and domestic roleplay and spanking.

I'm planning a vacation to Vegas and would like to participate the Shadowlane event at the end of August. Would love to find out if anyone else is going and maybe get to know a few people beforehand, because I'll be there alone and staying in a different hotel.

Has anyone been to these events before? Is there a dresscode? For spanking parties I usually wear a school uniform but would that be appropriate for the Vegas event?

Very nice to meet you Alisha. I'm from British descent as well, with relatives in Letchworth. Hope we chat more soon.

At the Shadowlane party, the only dress code is for the banquet on Saturday night, where ladies usually wear evening gowns and the men wear suits and ties. Dress to impress. Otherwise, the rest of the weekend is casual. I assure you, a schoolgirl uniform is ALWAYS acceptable and appropriate for parties of this nature. Wear it on Friday night. You won't regret it.

There's a vendors fair on Saturday where our favorite video company www.amateurspankings.com usually has a table set up. Definitely check out their products (shameless plug from a fan of their work)

Hope you have a fun time there. As a young female spankee, you shouldn't have any problems.

I will be in Vegas as well...It will be my second time.
The first time may seem a bit overwhelming...to see so many
doing what we love to do...but just take a deep breath and
go with the flow.The wonderful thing about it is you don't
have to worry about being judged as weird or different cause
we all share the same interest...You will see more implements
of "pleasure" than you probably have seen in your whole life.

I will also be at the vendor fair,another cheap plug,which is on
Friday night at 7:30,not Saturday,BV....Come by and see us..
I will be selling my unique Floggers, yet another cheap plug.

I had the best time last year,I met so many wonderful people from
all over,including several from the UK.

We (AmateurSpankings, SpankingInterviews and MySpankingForum) will definitely be in Vegas at the convention this month. I'll be there (no big deal on THAT one) with our models Amber, Cassie and Kaye. Our friend WoodPaddles will also be there with the appropriate implements for correction!

Come by our booth at the vendor fair on Friday night and say "hey." We'll also be hanging out all weekend and might even have a little "get together" on our own so be sure to check with me in Vegas.
