Hello Gary,

I wish there was something that can be said to make times like this go easier. We all get selfish( my thoughts) at times like this, I mean the thoughts " Why did they get taken from us."
I can tell you that no matter how many telephone poles , trees, block walls and metal street signs that you damage or put out of commission. It don't really help. just makes your hands not work too well for a while.
But what can help is to let it out . So if you need a person to talk to please don't hesitate to pick up the phone. Please accept our deepest condolences.
