It's actually the Texas Aggregation of Socio-Sanguine Podiatrists, a sub-committee of the Texas Assembly of Sempiternally Self-assured Physicians. One of the social activities of a small group of these maddeningly optimistic hoof healers is that every year they attend a gathering known as the Texas All-State Spanking Party, which is, in the end (pun entirely intended), what we really mean by T A S S P.
