I don't hang out with the Black Rose crew b/c my partner's evil ex is an active member, and we don't want to run into her. I went to one BR party and it was great. And I played with a couple that is active in the group, but it turned out they were best friends with the evil ex! Small world. I am a member of the recently defunct LLABIA and now I'm in SMazons. Evil ex only likes to play if men are watching, so she avoids the women's groups.
