Is there a thread for newbes?

I looked and looked, but couldn't find a spot to introduce myself. Hope this is ok. So, I'm a bottom and am very excited to have found a place where similar minded folks can mingle. I'm a lil bit shy, so I'll prob. just read posts for a while before I jump in. I live in Maine and find it very hard to find someone to punish me. Am in desperate need of some stress relief.
