As we left the SSC, we had leftover groceries because we somehow over-estimated our eating habits. Anyway, I was the recipient of the leftover deli meats. Yesterday evening, I was hungry for something warm. I grabbed a handful of the thin sliced deli turkey and slapped it on the skillet. It browned very nicely and was hot in mere minutes. I topped it off with one of my favorite BBQ sauces. It was really good. Thought I'd share the idea with anyone else who needs quick, good food.
