Hi Farmgirl, sorry haven't been on here much so only just spotted your posting. Yes our cases do seem to be very similar, I did go onto other things much later, more when I'd been working a while and became a supervisor of about 12 girls, they already had a system set up for keeping the score and being dealt with on Fridays. Many other things happened in the workplace and in my private life.
