I have always been interested in spanking as a form of discipline, rather than a sexual turn on. Since it is difficult to find a spanking parter to fulfill my needs, I am attempting to discipline myself. I have never given this an attempt before, but I am determined to see if it is possible. I have made a list of rules and punishments and I will follow them for 1 week no matter what.

I have found surprisingly little information about self spanking on the internet. I have yet to see another blog dedicated to it. Surely there are other lone spankos out there who have tried this. Does anyone have advice or comment on self spanking?
