Lyn Update
 

To all the friends of Paul (Tubaman) & Lyn:

I heard from Paul this morning. He and Lyn are in need of our prayers, as today is a very crucial day for her.

Lyn is currently in ICU after her surgery last week. She has been unconscious for 2 days now. The day after the operation, with very little food and no sleep and way lots of drugs, her blood oxygen levels dove down very low. She had to be intubated. Her oxygen levels are now better. She has a feeding tube and a trache, a hole through which to breathe. The doctors plan on trying to revive her today and wean her off the oxygen then off the trache. After that, the hope is to keep the feeding tube for a few days as she gradually improves her swallowing skills.

Today is big. Let's put a positive vibe out there for our friends Lyn and Paul.

Prayers are being offered up as I type this message. I'll be sure to keep them both in thought during this difficult time.
