my first awareness started after a visit to the principals office in kindergarten.. yes kindergarten!!!
i remember during my young womanhood (im still young btw) days i thought about it alot. id see a guy that i was attracted to and imagine what it would be like to be over his lap.
my fav movie was blue hawaii where elvis spanks the naughty woman towards the end. i used to rewind that scene over and over again lol..
then finally met a guy when i was 16.. we were together probably a year before the spanking play started. we finally realized we both had a kink for it and experamented with it alot.. that was a fun 4 years lol..
the i found "the claiming of beauty" series by anne rice.. that made for some warm reading :o
then i finally discovered the internet an wow i wasnt so strange after all.. lotsa ppl had the same interest.. and well the rest is history.. :D

that was long winded but these were diff turning points that fueled my interest at different points in my life..

It's always interesting to found out what the buttons were that helped someone find their kink. Great read Emily. Speaking of reading, I just might have to check out the Ann Rice series you've mentioned. I really like to read, I LOVE to read about spanking ;)

I have to agree on the internet statement....i think that was my greatest confirmation that i wasn't a freak or at least not in a bad way. ;) I was definately relieved and very thankful to find an outlet for the feelings i had had since childhood but was almost afraid of because i felt so alone with them.
