OK, I'm all for rubbing my bottom (either doing it myself or even better, he does it), but there is something so hot and just melts my butter when my partner makes me stay over his knees even after the spanking is over, holds my right hand at the small of my back (my left hand is trapped between our bodies), and says, "No rubbing for 5 minutes."

The first time he did it, I looked back at him, wondering what he was up to because he usually rubs after spanking me, and he said, "I want to make sure your naughty bottom feels the sting from the spanking just a little bit longer."

I swooned. :D And later I told him that, so he does it a lot now.

And he rubs it for me after the 5 minutes are up, of course. :rolleyes:

For some reason, I never have the urge to rub after a spanking. I might touch the spot, if it's still stinging, but not rub. And I'm much more likely to have a stinging bottom after a short spanking than a long one. After a long one, my bottom feels swollen, but it doesn't sting or even hurt afterwards.

M doesn't do much rubbing while spanking me either.

I don't hang out with the Black Rose crew b/c my partner's evil ex is an active member, and we don't want to run into her. I went to one BR party and it was great. And I played with a couple that is active in the group, but it turned out they were best friends with the evil ex! Small world.

I am a member of the recently defunct LLABIA and now I'm in SMazons. Evil ex only likes to play if men are watching, so she avoids the women's groups.

Yes I do rub after a spanking and enjoy it, but it all depends on what my partner wants/allows.

I can't help but rub after Allen toasts my cheeks. It just burns and stings so bad. But he rubs to so its all good. As far as play goes really don't rub to much then, maybe a little but thats just because it feels so good. ;)

Now, the old poodle sees the leopard coming with the monkey on his back and thinks, "What am I going to do now?", but instead of running, the dog sits down with his back to his attackers, pretending he hasn't seen them yet.

Just when they get close enough to hear, the old poodle says "Where's that damn monkey? I sent him off an hour ago to bring me another leopard!

your question got me thinking....I would much prefer the Top to rub...and think I would be reluctant to relinquish that last bit of self control also by rubbing in front of him-hasn't been an issue yet!

i rarely feel the need/desire to rub... i can only remember one time when the way that the spanking hurt was like an itch. then i HAD to rub. but that itch didn't start until much later.

i definitely enjoy rubbing, of course i do. :) i think it can be a nice fit after discipline, providing nurturing and comfort and all that. i don't usually get it, but maybe i should start asking for it. :)
